Cerecons latest module is Lab Registry, a cloud-based population management tool that helps providers manage their patient population in a rapid, accurate and intuitive manner.
Using both clinical and demographic-based data, Cerecons offers multiple population management options including a lab registry where results can be reviewed for high risk and chronic conditions on an individual patient or population-wide basis.
Pre-defined lab registries are available for diabetes, renal failure and heart disease, with options to create unique registries as needed for a given population.
Additional clinical data is available including e-Prescriptions with script history and drug interactions, as well as Meaningful Use-related information such as allergies and clinical history.
