Q: After the sale what can we expect?
A: The CERECONS Implementation team will schedule an on-site Discovery Meeting so that we can learn your organization’s workflows and procedures. Then, we work closely with you to understand all of your technical issues and concerns. Upon our understanding of organization wide issues, we plan a strategy to deploy training for your medical group administrators, your providers and your specialists, guiding you through the “Go Live” process. Lastly, we help you understand how to support your group after the Go Live.
Q: How will all of my providers/specialists get trained?
A: We use a multi-modal approach to training so as to reach as many end-users as possible in a cost-effective manner. We can host training classes at your facility, and we can also visit your large physician groups for on-site education. We also emphasize the importance of a web presence that includes training movies and documentation to ALL providers.
Q: What about support after “Go Live”?
A: Our support team is available to support your group between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. Our training department is committed to training your super users on every new feature and release that you receive from CERECONS.
